Result

ANA Screen — NEGATIVE

The screen is negative, so no reflex titer or staining pattern was performed. A negative ANA argues against ANA-associated systemic autoimmune (connective-tissue) disease such as lupus, Sjögren's, scleroderma, and mixed connective-tissue disease.

Context: This is the second negative ANA on record (prior: 11/18/2024). Consistently negative ANA — together with previously negative RF, anti-CCP, anti-dsDNA, anti-Sm, anti-SS-A/SS-B, anti-U1-RNP and HLA-B27 — continues to point away from classical adaptive-autoimmune disease and toward an innate-immune / autoinflammatory process. Note that a negative ANA does not exclude ANA-negative conditions (e.g., many vasculitides, autoinflammatory syndromes, or seronegative inflammatory arthritis).
